1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use our services. By using the platform you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Nature of Services
Ascend is not a medical practice, pharmacy, or insurer. We provide a platform that facilitates telehealth consultations with independent, licensed providers and coordinates fulfillment by licensed pharmacies. Providers exercise independent medical judgment; completing a questionnaire or paying the review fee does not guarantee a prescription.
3. Fees, Payments & Shipping
- The provider medical-review fee is $119 and covers the clinical review, not medication.
- Medication, if prescribed, is purchased separately. Current self-pay pricing includes Semaglutide and Tirzepatide at $699 per vial, with bundle pricing as shown at checkout.
- Promotional codes (e.g., DOCTOR20) apply as described at checkout and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
- A flat U.S. shipping fee of $35 applies. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier.
4. Refunds
The review fee may be refunded if a provider determines you are not a candidate, per our then-current refund practices. Prescription medication is generally non-refundable once dispensed, except as required by law. Contact us with any billing question.

You agree not to misuse the platform, provide false information, resell medication, or use the services for anyone other than yourself.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascend and Prestige Marketing USA are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ascend, Prestige Marketing USA, and the independent providers from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or breach of these Terms.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Ascend is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved as set out here and as permitted by law. Specific arbitration and venue terms are subject to legal review.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
